The One Beauty Event In Oxford You Do Not Want to Miss

The season of football games, winter formals, weddings and holidays has finally arrived. This time of year is anticipated and loved by women of all ages because it is a time to dress up, go out and have fun. Females get to enjoy the process of getting dolled up for special events through outfit choice, accessory additions, elegant hair styles, and most importantly, makeovers.

It is for this reason that Lancôme has created a National Makeup Day. On October 13, the Lancôme counter at Belk in Oxford, Mississippi, will be hosting award winning makeup artist Ricardo Costales and his team of 16 makeup professionals for a day full of beauty, fun and pampering.

Lancôme knows that every woman is beautiful in her own way, and seeks to make women feel even more confident through hands-on makeup instruction. The makeup team will individually help each woman find her best skin care options and begin the detailed makeover. Nationally-acclaimed makeup artist Costales will then come behind his team and personally help each woman find her perfect eye, cheek and lip look. Each step of the makeup process is written down in order for each woman to recreate her distinct look.

The only charge for the makeover is $35. That $35 is used toward any Lancôme product purchased after the makeup session. This event has been a huge success when held at other Belk locations over the years, generating large crowds that have been very pleased with the experience.

“It is just a really fun event to pamper people and show them what Lancôme is about,” said Lancôme counter manager Taylor Burton.

These past events have helped women of all ages feel confident in their makeup capabilities, knowing they can create their best look at home.
