Oxford, Mississippi was featured Tuesday on the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) as a great place to retire.

Along with a few Oxford residents, Rosie Vassallo, retirement director of the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber & Economic Development Foundation, was featured in the story.
“It’s everything you want in a large city but you’re living in a small community,” Vassallo told CBN.
