A photo posted on Facebook by Monsignor Dominick Fullam at St. Johns Catholic Church in Oxford has tugged at the hearts of mourners. The photo shows the family of Robert and Ashley Perry, taking on the parenting responsibilities of Dr. Michael and Kim Perry’s three children. Robert and Kim are the brother and sister-in-law of the late Michael Perry. Three Oxford couples died in a plane crash August 15, 2016.
