The offseason cannot come to a close quick enough for Ole Miss. The NCAA case dominated the headlines for the Rebels since early 2016. The season is nearly here and the Rebels are ready to make their mark in the SEC.
The 2015 season was a magical season for the Rebels as they proved once again that they belong in the upper tier of the SEC and the SEC West as Ole Miss beat Alabama for the second time in two seasons and reached their first Sugar Bowl since 1970. The 2015 season would culminate with a victory in the Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma State.
While Ole Miss was able to knock off teams like Alabama, LSU, and Texas A&M, they also fell short against teams with less talent such Memphis and Arkansas, Arkansas would prove to be the game that kept Ole Miss from reaching their first ever SEC Championship Game.

Updates on the Ole Miss rookies at NFL Training Camps
We’re still a week away from the opening of Ole Miss’ fall practice, but a few former Rebels have already taken center stage at NFL training camps, which opened over the weekend. Let’s check in on the Big Three.
Robert Nkemdiche hurt his ankle.
Big Rob, who went 29th to the Cardinals back in May, stumbled a bit out of the training camp block. Head coach Bruce Arians said Saturday that Nkemdiche will be sidelined for two weeks with a high ankle sprain, a timeline that could bump up against Arizona’s first preseason game on Aug. 12.
