SEC Football Media Days Kicks off Monday, July 11

Now that Fourth of July is past, the countdown to the first official football game can begin.

Next week, the Southeastern Conference will hold its annual media days with all 14 different head coaches and select players. Coach Hugh Freeze will step up to the podium at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham to address the media on Thursday, July 14.

Media days can be the official start to a new football season as some teams find disclosure the last season in order to begin with a clean slate for the upcoming football season.

This year in Hoover, there will be some new faces: Barry Odom at Missouri, Kirby Smart at Georgia and Will Muschamp at South Carolina.

Monday July 11

Auburn, Florida and Vanderbilt and the SEC Commissioner

Tuesday July 12

Georgia, Mississippi State, Tennessee and Texas A&M

Wednesday July 13

Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky and Missouri

Thursday July 14

LSU, Ole Miss and South Carolina
