Double Decker Art Vendors Plentiful and Prepping for April 23
As we inch closer to the Double Decker Arts Festival presented by Caterpillar, HottyToddy.com continues its daily coverage by offering up another round – our third, in fact – of examples of an amazing group of participating artists and the booths they’ll occupy on Saturday, April 23.
