Ole Miss Students Get Ready To Watch Wrestlemania
WWE Wrestlemania will be having its 32 annual event on April 3 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas. Wrestlemania is considered the super bowl for WWE. It is estimated by Forbes magazine that Wrestlemania 32 can possibly break WWE wrestling attendance record of 93,173 that was set at Wrestlemania 31 in the Pontiac Silver Dome in Pontiac, Michigan.
Students here at Ole Miss have a interest in Wrestlemania and cannot wait for Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker. Shane McMahon has not been back in the WWE ring since 2009, and here lately, he has been making his return. If Shane wins against The Undertaker, he will gain full control of Monday night raw. If The Undertaker loses, his legacy will be removed from Wrestlemania and forced to quit WWE.
Ole Miss student Paul Pohto thinks the match will be great.
“I think I feel like Shane McMahon is sort of a old man, but at the same time, coming back in the scene,” Pohto said. “I saw the video of him coming off the top rope crushing The Undertaker. We have to see how this plays out.”
Shane has released that he now has a personal trainer. We will see how that plays out against The Undertaker, who is skilled and a veteran performer.
“With this match being hyped up, it should get the people excited,” Pohto said.
The main event and headliner in this match is Triple H vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It is probably not as hyped as Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker, but it is a big draw.
Another student, Jacob McClain, is a big fan of Roman Reigns and wants him to win against Triple H.
“I want Roman Reigns to win and take back the title,” McClain said. “Roman Reigns is big strong, cool and scary.”
Wrestlemania will be on the WWE network. The Wrestlemania kickoff show will be on USA network. It is being shown in the Student Union and also in the Turner Center.
