Oxford Crime Report: Wednesday, March 23
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: six suspicious activities, four alarms, three disturbances, three careless drivers, two noise violations, an animal complaint, a petit larceny, an ambulance assist and an auto-burglary at Village Walk.
Oxford police investigated four wrecks, issued 27 traffic citations and made seven arrests on the following charges:
(2) Public intoxication
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams)
No headlights and possession of drug paraphernalia
Noise violation and possession of drug paraphernalia
No seatbelt, no driver’s license, warrant served and possession of marijuana with intent
University police responded to the following incidents: eight vehicle stops and a possession of alcohol at Burns Hall.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following call: a public assistance at 10:43 a.m. at 111 Garden Terrace Drive.
