Haiti Update: Ole Miss Students Wrap Up Missions Work in Haiti
Ole Miss students who are a part of the student-led Christian group, Ole Missions, finished mission work in a small village in Haiti.
The group has spent the week painting homes, planting trees and supplying water filters for a group of Haitians. The students used the week of spring break to plan the mission trip and hope to take many more trips to various countries.
“Today the Ole Missions team had its last day at the village,” the Ole Missions Facebook page said. “They were able to share one last meal with the children of the village before heading back to the Mission of Hope campus. Tomorrow the team will enjoy a day off relaxing at a beautiful beach in Haiti.”
