OSD 2016 Educator Recruitment Fair Set for Saturday, March 5
The Oxford School District (OSD) is hosting its annual educator recruitment event on Saturday, March 5, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon at Oxford High School. Teacher and administrator candidates are encouraged to attend and explore teaching opportunities in the school district.
Anyone interested in attending the event is encouraged to complete an online recruitment fair interest survey at www.oxfordsd.org/ERFsurvey before the event. During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet district administrators and principals and discuss possible job vacancies for the upcoming school year.
School district officials encourage those who plan to attend to have one of the following:

• a Mississippi preliminary certificate
• a professional teaching credential
• a professional teaching credential from outside the state of Mississippi
• teaching credentials by the fall of 2016
• at least one year of experience in a teaching intern program
