Brad Paisley Plays Free Concert At The Pavilion Sunday

imageCountry music fans should make their plans for Sunday night, as The Pavilion at Ole Miss hosts its first concert with Brad Paisley and his Country Nation College Tour presented by Zaxby’s. Admission is free.

Singer/songwriter Cam kicks off the night at 7:30 p.m. CT with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Rebel men’s basketball season ticket holders that RSVPed should enter through the Pavilion Club entrances on the east side of the arena. The general public may enter through all other gates.

The two right doors at the main entrance to The Pavilion will be earmarked for students with a valid Ole Miss student ID. The first 2,000 students will be issued a wristband upon entrance, giving them access to the floor. Wristbands will be issued beginning at 4 p.m.
Floor seating will be reserved for Ole Miss students, and The Pavilion Club is available to season ticket holders that RSVPed. All other non-club seating is general admission.

Concessions will be sold in all areas.

All parking on campus is open, including a limited number of spaces in the garage. Fans that park in the garage must exit the garage on foot and enter The Pavilion through an outside gate.

Ole Miss will become the 10th IMG College-partner school to welcome Paisley this school year, following capacity-crowd performances and free entertainment for the campus community at nine IMG College partner universities.

Paisley’s current single “Country Nation,” is in the top 15 on the country airplay charts and is the newest single from his chart-topping album, Moonshine in the Trunk album. “Country Nation” was written by Paisley and his longtime collaborators Chris DuBois and Kelley Lovelace. A celebration of the blue-collar spirit and America’s passion for sports, the song weaves-in a shout-out to 18 college sports mascots.

Brad Paisley is a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, guitarist and entertainer whose talents have earned him numerous awards, including three GRAMMYs, two American Music Awards, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards and 14 Country Music Association Awards (including Entertainer of the Year), among many others.
