Accounting Degree Review Ranks University of Mississippi among Top 50 Graduate Accounting Programs
Accounting Degree Review, a leading resource for accounting programs and other accounting information, released its 2016 ranking of the top 50 graduate accounting programs.
The ranking utilized data from Public Accounting Report, Brigham Young University, and the U.S. News & World Report, and considered AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation. Accounting Degree Review’s ranking provides a well-rounded look at the best graduate accounting programs.
The University of Mississippi’s Patterson School of Accountancy came in 28th after Wake Forest University’s School of Business.
Accounting Degree Review said, “Accredited by the AACSB, Patterson School of Accountancy is a favorite among professors. Patterson ranked in the top ten by Public Accounting Report and 155th by BYU’s research rankings.”
The University of Texas-Austin, McCombs School of Business, Austin, Texas, earned top honors, followed by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, Illinois.
