Ole Miss Fellowship of Christian Athletes will host its third annual breakfast event at 8 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2016, at the Tad Smith Coliseum.

The breakfast is sponsored by Craddock Oil Company and will feature Pro Football Hall of Famer Jim Kelly and current Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly.

Jim was the third quarterback taken in the 1983 NFL Draft, which featured six quarterbacks chosen in the first round, in which John Elway was the first pick. Employing the “K-Gun” offense, known for its no-huddle shotgun formations, Kelly led one of the great NFL scoring juggernauts in the Buffalo Bills. Kelly guided the Bills to four consecutive Super Bowls from 1991 to 1994. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2002 in his first year of eligibility.

In his first year in Oxford, Chad has led Ole Miss to a Sugar Bowl berth and has helped the Rebels shatter numerous offensive records such as points, total yards and passing yards in a season. His 4,167 total yards and 3,740 passing yards are school records, and he has a chance to rank among the top five statistical seasons for a quarterback in Southeastern Conference history with a strong bowl performance.

“We are excited to have Jim and Chad as our speakers this year and having a chance to share how their relationship with God has impacted their lives in the last couple of years,” Ole Miss FCA Director Todd Johnson said.

Joining the breakfast as the master of ceremonies is Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze’s longtime mentor, Ken Smith. Smith is a former chaplain for legendary Florida State coach Bobby Bowden and a 2010 FCA Hall of Champions inductee.

Corporate tables are available at $1,000 and sponsor tables at $500. Each table receives eight tickets, and corporate sponsors also receive an autographed football from Jim Kelly and admission to a brief “meet and greet” time with Jim and Chad before the breakfast. Individual tickets are $100. Each person will also receive a free general admission ticket for the Ole Miss baseball game when the Rebels take on Florida International at 1:30 p.m. at Swayze Field.

Tickets can be ordered online at www.olemissfca.org.  For further information about the breakfast, contact Todd Johnson at 662-816-7928 or toddjohnson@fca.org.
