Oxford Crime Report: Thursday, December 3
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: eight suspicious activities, four disturbances, three lost properties, two welfare concerns, two motorist assists, two 911 hang up calls, a noise violation, an alarm, a civil matter, a petit larceny, and a harassing phone call.
Oxford police investigated seven wrecks, issued 16 traffic citations and made seven arrests on the following charges:
(2) Shopliftings
DUI
Public intoxication
Resisting arrest and public intoxication
Minor in possession and resisting arrest
No seatbelt, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant served
University police responded to the following incidents: four vehicle stops, a petit larceny at Kincannon Hall, a justice court warrant served at Deupree Hall, a vandalism to vehicle with simple assault (fear of bodily harm) at Track Field House.
