Oxford Crime Report: Thursday, November 12
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: five alarms, five suspicious activities, three motorist assists, three malicious mischief, two 911 hang up calls, two disturbances, an ambulance assist, a public intoxication, a burglary at Quarter Condos, a harassment, a fire department assist, a false pretense, an embezzlement, a lost property, a littering, and a recovered property.
Oxford police investigated 10 wrecks, issued 12 traffic citations and made five arrests on the following charges:

Careless driving and DUI
Improper turn and minor in possession
Failure to yield, no car insurance and DUI
University police responded to the following incidents:
(3) Vehicle stops
Vandalism at Stewart Hall
Public drunk at Kincannon Hall
Larceny of bicycles at Faser Hall
Assault at Residential College that resulted in hospitalization
