Delta Steak Company Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Friday

Delta Steak Company held a ribbon cutting ceremony, on Friday, September 18.

The event started off with a reception of cookies, drinks, and other goodies, while Rick Mize (Oxford-Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Chairman) presented owners Allen and Erin Sanders with a plaque for the restaurant.

“I just want to thank our staff — most have been here since the day we opened, and we couldn’t have done it without them,” Sanders said.

Rick Mize was thrilled for the owners and the new location. “I grew up here and it really means a lot for me to have them in Abbeville.”

Delta Steak Company features hand crafted cocktails and buys everything locally, from produce to beer.

Delta Steak restaurant is now located at 01 Business 7 North, Abbeville, MS 38601. They are open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., and open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday 5:30 p.m. until…
