Oxford Traffic Report: Friday, June 12
Be careful on your commute today, Oxford! Road work and construction are still taking place in multiple areas on MS 7, causing traffic backup.
Through 7 p.m., expect the following delays:
– Between Center Ridge Road and MS 9 West with alternating lane closures. This will primarily affect those traveling south.
– Between MS 328 and County Road 301 with alternating lane closures. This will primarily affect those traveling north.
– Between MS 30 and University Avenue with shoulder reconstruction causing moderate stop-and-go traffic flow. Expect some delay in both directions.
