Lenoir Dining Serving Summer Lunch through June 19
Lenoir Dining, an on-campus restaurant operated by students in the Nutrition and Hospitality Management department, is open through June 19th for reservations Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Each week the restaurant provides a new theme for the customers’ dining experience, and the week of June 15 will be a barbecue cookout theme.
Diners will enjoy a full three-course meal including an appetizer, entrée and three dessert options. The barbecue-themed menu includes a bacon and provolone barbecue chicken sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich, both served with a vegetable side and a pesto pasta salad. A vegetarian option is also available.
University students, faculty and staff may dine for a set price of $7, and the general public may dine for $10. All tips are donated to the Nutrition and Hospitality Management student scholarship fund.
