Oxford Crime Report: Thursday, June 4
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: five disturbances, three suspicious activities, two petit larcenies, two alarms, an ambulance assist, a welfare concern, a trespassing, harassing phone calls, a careless driver, a lost property, and an abandoned vehicle.
Oxford police investigated 11 wrecks, issued 18 traffic citations and made four arrests on the following charges: a running a stop sign with DUI, a DUI wreck with minor injuries, no driver’s license nor car insurance but with DUI, and a failure to comply with officers with resisting arrest.
University police department responded to the following incidents: 10 vehicle stops.
Oxford Fire Department is currently out.
