Oxford police responded to the following incidents: four alarms, four suspicious activities, three welfare concerns, two disturbances, two motorist assists, two malicious mischief, a noise violation, a petit larceny, an improper parking, a lost property, a recovered property, and an ambulance assist.
Oxford police investigated five wrecks, issued 18 traffic citations and made two arrests on the following charges: shoplifting; simple assaults.
University police responded to the following incidents: five vehicle stops, a vehicle accident at Fed-Ex Center, a petit larceny off-campus, and a possession of drug paraphernalia at Campus Walk.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following call: an hallway detector outside room 752 activated by hot shower steam at 11:24 a.m. in Crosby Hall.
