Ole Miss Phi Delt Allegedly Seen Biting off Hamster’s Head Removed from Frat
A disturbing and graphic video has surfaced a week after the University of Mississippi celebrated spring break of a student orally decapitating an allegedly intoxicated hamster.

Brady Eaves, 18, of Madison, is seen a video recently released by The Daily Mail biting the head off of a hamster after snapping the animal’s neck. The video was uploaded to YouTube Friday night with the title “psycho drunk spring breaker bites head off of hamster” but was quickly removed for violating the website’s terms of service.
Eaves is seen wearing a neon pink T-shirt in the video, taken away from the Phi Delt house and allegedly at a Spring Break party outside of Oxford.
Partygoers told The Daily Mail that the hamster was force-fed vodka and “hot-boxed” with marijuana smoke in its cage before the video was taken. It is possible he could be charged with felony animal cruelty charges, which carry a maximum jail term of five years and $5,000 in fines, if the video was indeed filmed in Florida.
Eaves is the stepson of 2007 Mississippi gubernatorial candidate John Arthur Eaves Jr.
Mississippi Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta president William Kneip said Tuesday in a statement that Eaves is no longer a member of the organization.
“We are very disappointed and disgusted in Brady’s actions,” Kneip said. “These actions are inconsistent with what we believe as men of Phi Delta Theta and are inconsistent with the creed of the University of Mississippi. This incident was during spring break and is in no way associated with any chapter activity of Phi Delta Theta. Brady has been removed from the fraternity.”

Animal cruelty is a crime punished by law, I don’t care if it’s a rodent, a fish or whatever animal you consider useless, this is still a crime and he has to be punished. I hope this fuckin moron understands his stupidity and regrets what he did. I’m glad he was removed from his fraternity.

Studies have shown that people who abuse animals, even rodents, will abuse or harm other human beings. A prime example is Ted Bundy. His maternal grandfather taught him how to kill cats, I believe. This young man needs serious mental health counseling. He is an embarrassment to Ole Miss.

Prison? Really? A hamster is nothing more than a captured mouse. No one seems to have an issue with putting mouse traps all over the house. Mouse traps typically result in a slow painful death as well. Im not supporting animal cruelty. But I recognize the different levels of existence and its safe to say rodents are at the bottom.
Also, the greek system had nothing to do with this. They didnt force him to do anything.
