Ole Miss CIE Launching Friends of Ole Miss Entrepreneurship to Raise Money for Program
The University of Mississippi Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is launching the “Friends of Ole Miss Entrepreneurship” campaign to raise money for the program. “Rebel-Bred” and “Rebel-Led” businesses can purchase decals for $48 or $20 for an additional decal to display in their business front.
“Proceeds from the program build events and training for students, sponsor guest speakers and workshops, and the travel expenses to competitions that help build the Ole Miss brand,” said CIE Director Dr. Rich Gentry. “It is not possible to build on an entrepreneurial mindset without examples and ambassadors from the community. The Friends program is our foundation for that.”
All gifts are tax-deductible and directly supports the CIE. Friends of Ole Miss Entrepreneurship will be featured on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Alumni Newsletter. Gentry said the Friends program is a great way to link the town’s businesses to the university.
“The Friends program is the University’s connection to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Oxford and with all companies and individuals who benefit from the burgeoning entrepreneurial mindset amongst Ole Miss students past and present.”
