Icy Weather Causes Friday Morning Chaos in Oxford
There were reports of black ice on the roads within Lafayette County and Oxford early this morning, yet University of Mississippi did its best to keep the campus open amid complaints and wrecks on the icy roads.
Phillip Waller shot a quick video of university students making the best out of a bad day.
