Planning An Unforgettable Bowl Week in Hotlanta
It’s hard to not be proud of our Rebels’ speedy rise from BBVA Compass Bowl to Peach Bowl, especially if you’re in Atlanta right now! Ole Miss and TCU football teams may have had a lot of fun this past weekend but just as much entertainment awaits y’all Rebel fans starting today.
Monday, Dec. 29
Fellowship of Christian Athletes Breakfast The FCA breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at Atlanta Marriott Marquis featured pro-athletes, coaches and even celebrities who are considered role models in good standing. Aeneas Williams, former NFL corner back and free safety for Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams, was the featured speaker. Ernie Johnson, Jr. was the master of ceremonies as he had been for the last 14 years.
Dan T. Cathy, CEO of Chic-fil-A, writes in the FCA’s press release: “Each year, the FCA breakfast is a highlight of bowl week, hosting more than 1,100 guests and members of the teams playing in the game.”

Georgia Power Chalk Talk & Football Feud
Ole Miss and TCU will battle at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in a hilarious game show competition. Here’s a video of last year’s Football Feud between Texas Aggies and Duke Devils. Are y’all ready to see our Rebels get silly?
The other portion of the event is the Chalk Talk where both head coaches Hugh Freeze and Gary Patterson will share their hindsight on this past football season and their preparations for the Peach Bowl on Wednesday.
Tickets are $75 per person.
Atlanta Hawks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
For y’all avid sports fans the NBA game will be starting at 7:30 p.m. at Philips Arena. The tickets at Stubhub.com average between $65 to $90 for the cheapest seats.
Ole Miss Bowl Bash
The Ole Miss Alumni Association and Rebel Rags are throwing a gigantic party from 8 p.m. until midnight for the Rebels at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. There is a limited number of tickets available at door for $20 in cash. Children under 18 are welcome per a ticket and the accompaniment of an adult. There’s one requirement: wear red.

Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Parade
As the official kickoff for game day the parade begins its march 8:00 a.m. at Peachtree Street and Baker Street and ends at the Georgia World Congress Center. All following the parade will be led into the halls of the Chick-fil-a Bowl FanFest.
FanFest
For $10 fans can gather and provide encouragement Ole Miss Rebels and TCU Horned Frogs during the team walk. The respective university bands, cheerleaders and mascots will be leading traditional fight songs and cheers.

The kickoff is at 12:30 p.m. in the Georgia Dome. Hotty Toddy, Go Rebels!
Shark Tank Party at The Ivy Buckhead
No matter the game’s outcome Ole Miss has never lost a party! Ring in 2015 with fellow Rebls at the Shark Tank Party 7. The party will kick off at 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. at The Ivy Buckhead with a complete open bar providing Jack Daniels, Absolut and Fireball to name a few. Beloved Mustache the Band from Oxford headline along with Atlanta DJs.
Over 8,000 Rebel fans celebrated at Shark Tank parties in Dallas, New Orleans and Birmingham to name a few. This year is Shark Tank’s first celebration in Atlanta as well as its first NYE blow out. Red Umbrella, LLC., its host, promises the party “will only be bigger and better.”
Shark Tank party tickets sell notoriously quick but there are a few tickets available here. They are priced $130 to $150 and purchased online only.
