Oxford Crime Report: Tuesday, Dec. 16
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: four suspicious activities, three animal assists, two welfare concerns, a simple assault, a motorist assist, a littering, a simple assault, an improper parking, a recovered property and a shoplifting.
Oxford police investigated eight wrecks, issued 20 traffic citations and made four arrests on the following charges: (2) disturbing a business, a domestic violence, and running a stop sign with no car insurance and no driver’s license.
University police responded to the following incidents: a vehicle stop at Fraternity Drive, a vehicle stop at All American Drive, a vehicle stop at Chucky Mullins Drive, a vehicle stop at Chapel Lane, a vehicle stop at Intramural Fields, and a vehicle stop at All American Drive.
Oxford Fire Dept. responded to the following calls: false elevator alarm at Oxford Neurology, and workers accidentally activated the fire alarm at 306 Country Road 301.
