ESPN’s College GameDay bus arrived on the Ole Miss campus Thursday afternoon, and droves of Rebel faithful greeted the bright orange bus with gusto.
Though the show has been on the air since 1987, it has never broadcast from Oxford or the Grove. This Saturday, College GameDay will set up on and around the Grove stage and begins broadcasting from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. CST. Fans will be allowed into the fan pits around the stage at 6 a.m.
Yesterday, Katy Perry announced via Twitter that she would be the guest picker on the show.

Students, alumni, fans, Oxonians and everything in between showed up in support of Ole Miss and for a chance to be on national television. Some of the footage from the arrival will be used during the broadcast Saturday.
