The Blake at Oxford Planners Value Area's Options for Assisted-Living Community

Ridgeland, Mississippi-based developer Cardinal Ventures is the building vision behind The Blake at Oxford assisted living and memory care community. The facility will be located at 110 Ed Perry Boulevard in Oxford Commons adjacent to the Oxford Conference Center.
Estimated at $15 million in turnkey development costs, the 100-unit, 85,000 square foot community will be the newest addition to the Blake portfolio.

The Blake at Oxford broke ground in August with a slated opening date of Fall 2015. When completed, the Blake at Oxford will provide unparalleled assisted living and memory care services. The community will offer fine and casual dining, salon services, outpatient therapy, theatre room, activity room and outdoor activity courts and courtyards. The variety of suites offers flexible floor plans, kitchenettes, courtyard views, Juliet balconies and individual climate controls.
The Blake at Oxford operations will be managed by Ridgeland, Mississippi-based Blake Management Group, an affiliate of the developer. The architect is Jackson, Mississipi-based Young, Wier&Boerner Architecture.
