Ole Miss' Greek Community Celebrates Bid Day
Bid Day of this year was a looker with dazzling colors, happy tears and two little white drones flying around snapping photos. Yes, you read that right! Bid Day had 1,400 ladies running out of the Grove to their sorority houses. The University Police had to shut down two roads: Sorority Row and Rebel Row, just for the young ladies to run into their sisters’ arms.

Alpha Delta Pi
This new sorority rushed in a voluminous white tent on the Grove where they awaited their 167 pledges with mason jars and flowers shaped signs. The sorority’s theme was “Coming Home,” with emphasis on all good southern things.
Alpha Omicron Pi
This sorority put on a classy theme for its Bid Day: Kate Spade. Alpha Omicron Pi bid 156 young ladies!
Chi Omega
Chi Omega ladies put on a rock n’ roll show for their new pledges!
Delta Delta Delta
Tri-Delta ladies put on their best beach attire as they welcomed 131 ladies with shaved ice, beach balls and gold glitter.
Delta Gamma
Delta Gamma ladies put on their game face, true to their Bid Day theme of “Dream Team,” as they welcomed 130 ladies with glitter, large totes and hugs.

Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Alpha Theta ladies welcomed their new pledges with dozens of flowers and a photo booth just around back of the house. 130 pledges are now flying high with the Thetas.
Kappa Delta
Kappa Delta ladies brought out the sorority’s colors, green and white, as they painted a huge Shamrock on a sign welcoming around 140 ladies with tutus, hugs, and glitter everywhere.
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Kappa Kappa Gamma ladies had a surreal, out-of-this-planet Bid Day theme as they welcomed 147 young ladies with metallic leggings, a live music D.J. and of course more glitter!
Pi Beta Phi
Pi Phi ladies felt patriotic as they donned their sorority colors, wine and blue, on their 159 pledges.
Phi Mu
Phi Mu ladies were at the top of Sorority Row as they welcomed 155 pledges with funky fresh music, shutter shades and neon everywhere, and glitter quatrefoils.
