Ole Miss Jumps Four Spots to No. 10 in AP Poll
After another big week for Ole Miss, the Rebels jumped up four spots in the AP Poll to No. 10 with a 3-0 record.
Ole Miss hosted Louisiana-Layafette during its first home game of the season, defeating the Ragin’ Cajuns 56-15. Senior quarterback Bo Wallace continued his hot streak from Week 2, throwing for 316 yards and four touchdowns before leaving in the third quarter to make room for Ryan Buchanan, DeVante Kincade and Jeremy Liggins.
Ole Miss has a bye this week and will host former area rival Memphis Tigers Sept. 27.
Ole Miss is joined in the top 25 by seven SEC schools: Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M, LSU, Georgia, South Carolina and Missouri.
