Rebels Take on Involvement on Campus
Ole Miss students launched an Involvement Fair Tuesday and Wednesday, calling for all students to get involved with the campus and community.
Many student leaders stood wide-eyed and eager to represent their organizations, with posters, billboards, and signs emblazoned with their organization’s name to attract freshmen and new members at the beloved Circle on campus. This was a time for many organizations and clubs to not only get their name out to the new students and potential members, but also to socialize and catch up with one another after a long, hot summer.
There were more than 20 organizations in attendance at the Involvement Fair, mostly represented by the presidents and heads of their organization, some with their representing faculty members in tow, to show their support. Intern Sam Mitchell went around and caught up with a few of the organizations to get their take on the Involvement Fair as well as their expectations for the upcoming year.
