Sign Up for Kids Triathlon, Swim, Bike, Run Event
Kids Triathlon registration is open through tomorrow.
505 Multisport, Oxford’s only multisport organization, will host their annual 505 Multisport Kids Triathlon on Saturday, Aug. 16, in Oxford with an 8 a.m. race time start at the Oxford Swim Club on Bramlett Boulevard.
The kids triathlon, a swim-bike-run event, is open to youth ages six to 14 with race distances based on age groups.
Race registration is open online through Friday, August 15, at www.505multisport.com with the race entry fee set at $30. All racers will need to stop by Endurance Athletics at 400 S. Lamar, Suite D (next to Holli’s Sweet Tooth) Friday, August 15 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to pick up their race packets.
Race day registration will be available with packet pick up available race day from 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. All racers will need a bike helmet (mandatory), swimsuit, goggles, bike, running shoes and towel. Prizes and awards will be awarded based on age group winners at the end of the kids triathlon.
All proceeds from the 505 Multisport Kids Triathlon will benefit the Palmer Home of Mississippi, a local nonprofit that helps over 100 north Mississippi at-risk toddlers, children and youth.
