Marshall Henderson Blasts Michael Sam, SportsCenter Via Twitter
It all started with a Tweet.
Ole Miss basketball star Marshall Henderson took to Twitter this morning to express his disgust with ESPN’s Sports Center showing a video of the St. Louis Rams’ newest (and openly gay) player Michael Sam giving his boyfriend a kiss after receiving his draft orders. (Click Here if you missed the kiss.)
But that’s where things got weird. After nearly 2,000 re-Tweets and countless replies (many of which we can’t run due to content and language), Henderson had a much different story behind his anti-gay thoughts.

He ended his experiment/psychology project by thanking Michael Sam himself:
Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork commented on the situation, also via Twitter, as an official statement from the university.

I am so tired of hearing about Micheal Sam. The only reason he is getting so much attention is because he is gay.
