Fill out the form HERE and tell us why your mom rules. Fill out all the information and don’t forget to submit a photograph of you and your mom together at any age. As an extra surprise for mom, her story and photo will be featured on HottyToddy.com between now and the drawing on May 9th!

What Will She Win

Mom will be delivered a 9 lb smoked Ham dinner, a beautiful center piece from The Twisted Twig, a gift certificate good for a one hour massage, spa manicure and spa pedicure from Suthern Oasis Spa, a mother’s day cake from Kelli’s Cakes & Confections and an assortment of gourmet candies from Holli’s Sweet Tooth. All valued at more than $400!

How Is The Winner Chosen

The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, May 9th by HottyToddy.com’s editor Andy Knef. The winning mother will be called Friday at 5 p.m. The prize will be presented to the winning mother on Saturday, May 10 at the Oxford Conference Center on Sisk Ave. at 10 a.m.
