Spring Fashion Trend: Floral Headbands
One of my favorite parts about the changing of seasons is the change of wardrobe that comes along with it.
At the end of every summer, every fashionista looks forward to that moment when she will get to pull out her scarves and sweaters that have been in storage, but come March she can’t wait to put them back.
April has just begun, and the weather so far has been nothing but beautiful in Oxford. I had started to wonder if the cold weather was ever going to end, but finally the light at the end of the tunnel is visible. And with spring weather quickly approaching, so is spring fashion!
Miss Behavin’, located on the Square in downtown Oxford, is ready for the season with everything a fashionista could ask for. They have a huge selection of flowy tops, cutoff shorts, sundresses, and jewelry.
I found it almost impossible to not take everything home with me when I went in the other day to take some pictures. Whether you enjoy high fashion or like to keep things a little simpler, you are sure to be able to piece together an outfit that works for you.
Danielle Smith, a Miss Behavin’ employee, explained to me that floral headbands have been in extremely high demand this season. In fact, they have an entire table dedicated to these hair accessories that come in pretty much every color of the rainbow and different sizes as well.
These headbands are the simplest way to make any outfit instantly more edgy. She chose to model one with the orange flowers, and it looked great with a long, flowy black skirt and light pink tank top, both found at Miss Behavin’.
She proves that this accessory that has mostly been connected with bandeau tops and music festivals can also look feminine and classy. Flower headbands are so versatile that you can pretty much find any occasion to wear them, whether it is the beach, a baseball game, or even brunch.
You will find reasons again and again to wear yours so don’t miss out on this trend and get yours today!
