Proud Larrys’ hosts the Howlin’ Brothers.
Outside of church and Taylor Grocery, live music is not too common in Oxford. But Proud Larrys’ is putting on a free show early Sunday evening, this October 27. Pencil it in.
“This should be fun for the whole family, especially with a 7 p.m. show time,” says Proud Larrys’ Owner Scott Caradine. “Come grab a Yalobusha Brewing River Ale, a Fat Larry, and a seat or spot on the dance floor, and enjoy a rip-roaring swell time.”
The Howlin’ Brothers are a three-piece string band with upbeat shows heavy on original and traditional music, featuring the sounds of slide banjo, harmonica, and old-time fiddle.
