Meet HottyToddy.com’s New Managing Editor
Recent Oxford arrival Andy Knef is the new managing editor of Hottytoddy.com. Knef previously worked for BJC HealthCare in St. Louis as editor of the company’s award-winning newspaper and intranet site.
“Oxford is one of the most dynamic towns I’ve ever experienced,” says Knef, who is a retired master sergeant in the Missouri Air Guard. “A great university, great business environment and exciting cultural opportunities blend with southern charm to create the perfect spot to live and work. I feel blessed to be here.
“Showing the world how cool Oxford is energizes our team at Hottytoddy.com,” Knef added. “Our web site and Facebook pages are growing dramatically. My job is to help generate exciting story ideas to make Hottytoddy.com’s content even more appealing and relevant. Our goal is to reach an expanding audience locally and anywhere in the word that Ole Miss and Oxford fans hold this special community in their hearts.”
Knef is a graduate of the State University of New York. He has edited nationally award-winning military and corporate publications and managed an intranet site serving more than 30,000 employees in St. Louis. He is also a former copy editor for the Belleville News Democrat daily newspaper.
