FNC Park Hosts Legends of the Fall Tournament

Oxford, MS – FNC Park will host the Legends of the Fall baseball tournament from Friday, August 30th to Sunday, September 1st. The tournament will welcome hundreds of visiting players and their families to Oxford and the FNC Park sports complex. “We will host 40 teams and over 800 visitors total ranging from north Mississippi, the Mississippi Delta and the Jackson, MS area,” says Brad Freeman, Planning & Marketing Director for FNC Park.
The tournament will be the 18th hosted at FNC Park so far this year. “We are proud to showcase FNC Park and the Lafayette-Oxford-University community to these traveling sports teams,” Freeman adds.
FNC Park is also scheduled to host The Boys of Fall baseball tournament from September 20-22, 2013, and the Mississippi USSSA Fall Level II State Championship from October 11-13, 2013. For a full list of upcoming tournaments please visit www.fncpark.com.
