Murder by Death at Proud Larrys’ Feb. 16
Group touring on Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon album
Proud Larrys’ will host five-piece Murder by Death from Bloomington, Indiana, this Saturday night, February 16, with opening act Man Man.
Murder by Death, which is indeed named after the 1976 Robert Moore film starring Peter Falk and Peter Sellers, released its sixth album Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon last fall on Bloodshot Records. In preparing for the album, Murder by Death released a one month project for $100,000 on Kickstarter. In total, it raised $187,048, making it the third highest music project on Kickstarter to date.
The show is 18 and up. Doors open at 8 p.m., and tickets are $12 to $14.
