Holding Hands Resale Shop Open for Business

Holding Hands Resale Shop officially opened its doors on Friday, February 1 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a reception inside the store. Holding Hands employs persons with special needs in a safe work environment, with a goal of helping them achieve independence and self respect. “I am so excited to be part of this mission,” said store owner Donna M. Howard. You also can be. I am sure that at some point our resale shop will be self-supporting, but for now we need funds. We need donations of clothing and household goods, but we also need money. Anything that you can do will be greatly appreciated.” The store is located at 2618 West Oxford Loop.
