Thad “Pie” Vann
One of the all-time names in Mississippi sports is Thad “Pie” Vann. After playing football at Ole Miss, he gained fame at the University of Southern Mississippi where he coached only one losing season out of twenty. He is in the College Football Hall of Fame.
