Matt Luke signed a four-year, $12.6 million contract as head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels.

Luke will receive a starting salary of $3 million for 2018 and earn an additional $100,000 per year through 2021.

The contract also contains some incentives. Starting with his third SEC win each season, Luke would receive $150,000 per conference win. A regular-season win against a Power 5 opponent also earns him $150,000.

A trip to the SEC championship will net Luke $150,000, and a win in that game will rake in $400,000.

And what happens if the Rebels make it to the college playoffs? Luke would earn $500,000 just for getting there and $1 million for winning a national championship.
