Preview Soirée Officially Kicks Off Holiday Marketplace; Doors Open at 8 a.m Saturday for Shopping, Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s!
The inaugural Holiday Marketplace kicked off earlier tonight at The Jefferson for an evening filled with food, drinks and music. Guests were able to enjoy a special preview of the 65 unique vendors lined up throughout the venue. Vendors have been selected from around the southeastern United States debuting collections of luxury decor items, jewelry, fine art, pottery, food, photography and much more. With so many different vendors, the Holiday Marketplace truly has something for everyone.
“It’s been really fun to see all of these different artists and vendors come together from all different places to display their talents of everyone to see.” Mary Henley Green said.
Assisting in the elegance of the night was one of Oxford’s newest venues, The Jefferson. Located at 365 Highway 6 East, the 18,000 square foot venue provided a backdrop to the event that provided guests with a welcoming atmosphere.
“I’d never been to The Jefferson before tonight, and this is such a nice event to showcase the building,” Oxford resident Melanie Rube said. “I love the music, the ambiance, the atmosphere and certainly all of the vendors. It’s been a truly great evening.”
The preview soirée opened up the Holiday Marketplace in style, and tomorrow morning it’s time to do it all over again! The doors to the Holiday Marketplace will reopen at 8 a.m. Waking up early has its perks as Mimosas & Mistletoe will kick off the morning with cold Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and Hot Toddies.
Fergndan’s Wood Fired Pizza will join us later in the day outside to serve everyone.
Tickets are $5 each, to skip the line and pre-purchase, click here. Tickets will also be available at the door for both events. Children under 12 free.
The Holiday Marketplace is located at The Jefferson Oxford, 365 Highway 6 East.
