Oxford High School Hosts Inaugural Homecoming Parade Tonight
To mark the beginning of this year’s homecoming festivities, Oxford High School (OHS) will host its first-ever homecoming parade at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 5.
The “Back to the Future” themed parade will begin at Mid-Town Shopping Center. The parade route will move south along North Lamar Avenue, circle the historic Oxford Square, and then head north on North Lamar Avenue ending at the Mid-Town Shopping Center. Charger fans and the Oxford community are invited to participate in the inaugural OHS Homecoming Parade.
The week-long Homecoming events will conclude Friday, October 9, when the Oxford Chargers host Lewisburg at 7 p.m. at Bobby Holcomb Field. The Homecoming Court will be presented at halftime and the Homecoming King and Queen announced.
