‘Gather at Oxford’ Luxury Student Housing Coming Soon
The site of the upcoming Gather at Oxford development is situated directly adjacent to the Campus Walk, the biking and walking trail that connects students to the heart of the Ole Miss campus.
Construction will soon begin on a new luxury student housing project across from Campus Walk apartments adjacent to the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
Named Gather at Oxford, the complex will consist of 13 two-story buildings and 26 units. Similar to other Oxford student housing complexes, each floor will contain a unit with four individual bedrooms and a shared common area with a kitchenette.
“This way, students will get the feel of their own apartment while they still have the ability to socialize,” said Mac McDaniel of Memphis-based building contractors Montgomery Martin Contractors.
Each unit will be fully furnished to ensure comfort at the highest level.
Gather at Oxford is expected to be completed in June 2016 and will be ready for students to move in by the start of the 2016-2017 school year.
The project is a development of privately-held real estate company Rael Development Corporation (Raelcorp) of Dallas, Texas.
