Patel Discloses Proposal to Take Over Conference Center

Hotel developer Chan Patel has disclosed to HottyToddy.com his proposal to take over operations of the Oxford Conference Center. The proposal, which features options a and b below, was prepared by attorney Carter Hitt. At this time Patel remains in negotiations with the City of Oxford about the Conference Center. No final decisions have been reached and various options remain viable.
